In December 1993, Charles M. Morris and Donald Sharp opened Morris & Sharp, a law practice which provided service and representation to the individuals and not the insurance companies. Prior to this, Charles and Don were “Insurance Defense Attorneys.” They were hired by the insurance company to represent the party that caused the injury.

Charles and Don immediately began zealously representing the individual. One of their first clients included several families whose sons and husbands were killed in the crash of a Lockheed C130 test bed aircraft. When their research showed that the crash was a result of a major mechanical mistake combined with a computer error, a significant settlement was reached on behalf of the families. From that time, the firms success and practice continued to grow.

In 1995, Don Sharp decided to leave the firm so that he could work closer to his home in Woodstock, Georgia. Charles remained in Austell, Georgia, and opened the Law Firm of Charles M. Morris, P.C. The firm continued to represent the individual. In 1996, Charles’ wife Lynn joined the practice as a legal assistant.

In 1999, the firm moved to the nearby city of Powder Springs, Georgia. Both Charles and Lynn have lived in the Powder Springs area for most of their lives. They both felt that this was the area of Metropolitan Atlanta where the Office of Charles M. Morris, P.C. should be located.

Providing representation to the injured individual is the firm’s forte. From Workers’ Compensation, Automobile and Truck Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect, and products liability, the Law Firm of Charles M. Morris, P.C. will provide you with its best effort in obtaining the recovery that you deserve.
